Co-Facilitation

To create the best SLW experience for you, we choose two group members to co-facilitate each small group during the workshop meetings. We choose the facilitators based on the surveys and the Lord’s leading.
If we choose you, it is because we feel that you are the best choice for your group.
As co-faciliator, you will be able to wholeheartedly go after your own breakthrough while facilitating. By leading your group with your own openness and vulnerability, your example will lead the rest of the group to their breakthrough.
